30-day walk-it guarantee
Walk your dog in the PawSecure harness for up to 30 days from delivery. If your walks aren't better, email office@myapin.com with your order number and we'll refund the full price you paid. Worn and sale items included. You don't need to send it back.

Free size exchange
If it doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and your dog's chest measurement. We'll send the right size for free. You don't need to send the first one back. If the new size still doesn't work, you can still ask for a refund within the 30 days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it.

Refund timing
We send refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law where you live.
